Sundays thru june 9| 10am

NEW SERMON SERIES: Embark on an exploration of the transformation that Easter offers to each of us in a new worship series called, “Emerge: A Metamorphosis Moment,” guided by the process of transformation of the caterpillar into the butterfly. The symbolism of the butterfly has a long history, dating back to before it was adopted by Christian circles as a symbol for resurrection.

During this series, we consider what it means to be a people who believe that transformation is possible - that we can move beyond the leaves upon which we find ourselves, turn into beautiful beings that can fly to new heights, and experience the world in the sweetest of ways, tasting and perpetuating the nectar of goodness that God offers.

The series is held at 10am on Sunday mornings through June 9, when we will release butterflies after worship.

order by may 6

Join us at our annual picnic for your own Metamorphosis Moment! We’ll be releasing butterflies to celebrate our church and church family after worship on Sunday, June 9 as we conclude our Emerge Sermon series. You can honor a family member, celebrate spring, memorialize a loved one, or celebrate your own metamorphosis moment by contributing $25 per butterfly. Each butterfly is wrapped individually so you can release your very own butterfly. Click here to let us know how many butterflies you want, along with your dedications (you can assign a different dedication to each butterfly you sponsor). Please place your order no later than Monday, May 6, to have them arrive here in time for the picnic.
